Maintenance Manager (O&M - Water Network Pump House and Utilities)
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Project related to water utilities infrastructure . Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering . * Minimum 10 years of experience in UAE/GCC . * Proven expertise in Operation & Maintenance projects, including supervision of works related to water pumping stations and water network maintenance activities . *Strong knowledge of Asset Management principles. *Experience in Performance-Based Contracts. *Experience in Water O&M Task-Based Contracts and TAQA regulations. * Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Managerial role . *Strong understanding of contractual principles and project documentation. *Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and ensure achievement of project performance targets.
