The ideal candidate will take ownership, set clear expectations, and hold internal technicians and external contractors accountable for timely, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise internal technicians and third-party maintenance contractors. Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems and commercial kitchen equipment. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Coordinate breakdown responses and urgent repairs. Review quotations, monitor costs, and ensure value for money. Set work priorities, track deadlines, and verify the quality of completed repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance records and report recurring issues and outstanding work to management. Ensure maintenance work follows safety requirements and company standards. Requirements Relevant experience in maintenance management. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and commercial kitchen equipment. Proven ability to manage technicians and contractors. Assertive leadership, sound decision-making, and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage urgent repairs and competing priorities. Arabic and English bilingual candidates preferred.
