- Plan and run the AMC visit schedule for all active contracts so that no visit is missed.
- Handle rectification, breakdown and emergency calls, and set response priorities.
- Lead, assign work to and supervise the senior engineer, engineers, supervisors and technicians.
- Review service reports and approve them before they go to the client or to sales.
- Visit sites to diagnose complex faults, check work quality and support the team.
- Give technical input to sales on site surveys, scope and quotations.
- Make sure all work follows the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and Civil Defence requirements.
- Prepare for and attend Civil Defence and client inspections, and close any observations on time.
- Plan spare parts, tools and consumables with the purchase team, and control their use.
- Train technicians, check their competence and keep training records.
- Oversee QHSE: safety procedures, incident reporting, risk assessments and PPE.
- Report weekly to the General Manager on jobs completed, backlog, missed visits, complaints and invoicing status.
- Write and update maintenance procedures and make sure the team follows them.
