The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations, business development, client relations, financial performance, and team management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee all building operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility throughout the day. Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts. Coordinate with external service providers and ensure SLA compliance. Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues, tenant requests, complaints, and service delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies. Prepare operational and financial reports. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field. Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management, with at least 5 years of experience in leadership role. Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience managing residential or commercial properties. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Familiar with FM software such as CAFM system. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
