Maintenance Lead – Senior Multi-Trade Engineer

LSR Services Group is a growing London property maintenance company. We carry out reactive and planned maintenance for landlords, letting agents and property managers, covering plumbing, carpentry, decorating, tiling, flooring, electrical, gas and more. We’re building our core team and want an experienced multi-trader to lead it as our Maintenance Lead.

The role

• Lead our team of engineers as Maintenance Lead: set the standard on site and be their go-to for technical questions.
• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance jobs across London.
• Do site assessments as they come up through the week, fitted around your jobs.
• Report what you find back to the office (scope, measurements, photos) so they can write up the quote.
• Handle recalls: go back and put right any jobs that haven’t gone to plan, including snagging and client concerns.
• Be LSR’s senior face on site for agents, landlords and tenants.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years’ multi-trade property maintenance experience, with strong plumbing and carpentry.
• Experience leading or mentoring other tradespeople.
• Confidence scoping jobs accurately: labour, materials and time.
• A full UK manual driving licence.
• The right to work in the UK.

A big plus

• An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a trade.
• Experience working for letting agents, block management or social housing.
