Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems and helping create a great guest experience? Vacation Village at Parkway is looking for a Night Maintenance Lead to support our evening maintenance operations and help keep our resort running smoothly.

In this role, you'll help coordinate second-shift maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, respond to guest requests, and ensure our resort meets high standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Location: 2975 Arabian Nights Blvd, Kissimmee, FL 34747

Pay rate: $22/hr

Shift: 4pm to 12:30am

What You’ll Do:

Help oversee second-shift maintenance operations and ensure assigned tasks and work orders are completed on time.

Assist with maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and upkeep of guest rooms and common areas.

Respond to guest maintenance requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

Identify maintenance concerns and communicate issues and recommended solutions to the Maintenance Director.

Support the maintenance team and collaborate with other departments to meet resort needs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.

Help ensure resort facilities and equipment are maintained to company standards.

What We’re Looking For:

-

High school diploma or GED required.

-

2+ of hospitality-related maintenance experience preferred.

-

General handyman skills and the ability to troubleshoot routine maintenance issues.

-

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

-

CPO and appliance repair certifications are a plus, or willingness to obtain them as needed.

Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
