Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Track work orders and ensure timely completion through a CAFM/CMMS system. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare maintenance reports, asset records, and documentation. Assist in budgeting, procurement, and inventory management. Support audits and ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements. Coordinate emergency maintenance and technical breakdowns. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management. 2–5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and building management systems (BMS). Experience using CAFM/CMMS software (such as Maximo, Archibus, FM:Systems, etc.). Good communication and coordination skills. UAE driving licence may be preferred for some employers. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
