Maintainance Supervisor- Arabic Speaking Required

Role Summary

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inspection, maintenance, repair, and servicing of diffusers and related products. The role focuses on product functionality, quality, troubleshooting, and readiness for use or distribution. This position does not cover facility maintenance or production-line machinery. The supervisor coordinates with warehouse, operations, and procurement teams to ensure products are maintained properly, issues are resolved efficiently, and maintenance records are accurate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Planning & Execution

Plan and coordinate routine inspections, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance for diffusers and related products handled by our company.

Inspect products to identify faults, damage, performance issues, or components requiring repair or replacement; troubleshoot product-related issues and arrange appropriate corrective action.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, product condition, recurring faults, and service history.

1. Team Leadership & Coordination

Supervise and coordinate technicians or other staff responsible for inspecting, testing, cleaning, repairing, and servicing diffusers and related products.

Coordinate maintenance priorities with warehouse and operations teams to ensure products are handled, serviced, stored, and returned to availability efficiently.

Allocate tasks based on urgency and ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and within agreed timelines.

1. Spare Parts & Procurement Coordination

Monitor stock levels of spare parts, replacement components, tools, and maintenance consumables required for diffuser and product servicing; coordinate replenishment with procurement.

Identify suitable replacement parts and suppliers, and support cost-effective purchasing while maintaining required product quality.

1. Technical Quality & Compliance

Ensure serviced products meet our quality requirements and relevant safety standards before being returned to stock or use.

Ensure staff follow safe handling, inspection, cleaning, repair, and testing procedures when working with diffusers and related products.

Recommend improvements to servicing methods, product reliability, repair processes, and spare-parts usage based on recurring issues and inspection findings.

1. Reporting & Administration

Prepare reports on maintenance activities, product faults, repairs, recurring issues, spare-parts usage, costs, and pending work.

Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when specialist repairs or technical support are required, and verify the quality of completed work.

Skills & Competencies

Technical knowledge of diffusers and related products, including product inspection, troubleshooting, repair, component replacement, and functional testing.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify product faults, assess damage, and determine appropriate corrective actions.

Ability to supervise staff, organize workloads, prioritize repairs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

High attention to detail, careful product handling, quality awareness, and a proactive approach to preventing recurring product issues.

Qualifications and Education

Education: Diploma or technical qualification in electrical, electronics, mechanical maintenance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant hands-on product maintenance experience may also be considered.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product maintenance, repair, servicing, or technical supervision. Experience with diffusers, small electrical products, or similar consumer products is an advantage.
