Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL . Create and maintain JCL and batch processing jobs. Develop, support, and troubleshoot DB2 databases and related applications. Perform application maintenance, issue investigation, debugging, and resolution. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , including development, testing, and deployment. Provide production support and resolve application-related incidents. Collaborate with technical and business teams to analyze requirements and implement solutions. Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards. Required Skills: 6–7 years of experience in Mainframe Development . Strong hands-on experience with COBOL . Proficiency in JCL and batch processing . Experience with DB2 database development and support . Experience in application maintenance and troubleshooting. Knowledge of SDLC, testing, and production support . Nice to Have: Experience with Customer/1 .
