We’re looking for a passionate and polished Showroom Design Consultant to represent our award-winning brand at our state-of-the-art Peabody showroom. What You’ll Do Welcome homeowners, designers, and builders into our showroom and guide them through product selections. Understand client needs, educate them on custom design options, and provide expert recommendations. Create proposals, track follow-ups, and manage project details using our NetSuite CRM system. Build rapport and develop relationships with industry professionals and local partners. Coordinate with our outside sales team to schedule in-home appointments and support project success. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in retail, design, customer service, or sales is a plus — but your attitude matters most. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy showroom environment. Strong computer skills are required — experience with NetSuite or a comparable CRM platform is a must. Interest or background in home design, renovation, or the building trades is a bonus. Must be available to work Saturdays (our busiest showroom day).
