You have a minimum of one year’s experience in luxury cosmetic and fragrance sale s. You have a great personality and are fluent in English (bonus points for a second language). The ideal candidate will be a skilled customer service professional and share in our commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences. What you’ll be doing Familiarize yourself with our client's brand and product portfolio Sampling luxury beauty products to consumers Educating customers Build relationships with store managers and team members Delivering key product knowledge to customers to achieve sales targets Execute proper opening and closing protocols Record inventory and sales counts on products Follow and maintain merchandising guidelines ensuring brand displays are correct Capture demo results by reporting all required information into the tracking system A little about you You have a minimum 1-year of customer service/sales experience in the beauty space A background in beauty/fragrance is required Strong experience in retail sales You present a consistently polished and professional image You’re passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences You know how to engage a crowd and are naturally outgoing and personable Understand merchandising, marketing, and sales fundamentals Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced airport environment Schedule : Typically, shifts take place Wednesday - Saturday 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. but can change based on flight schedules. Hours are variable. Schedule is issued monthly. Flexible availability is highly valued. Contract/freelance/part-time/casual.
