# Loyalty Product Manager **Ashra Technology** · Springfield, MO 65809 · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Greetting from the day we are hiring Role: Loyalty Product Manager Experience: 7+ years Product Management | Location: Springfield, MO | Work Mode: Onsite | Domain: B2B Automotive / Loyalty / Commerce Product Manager – Loyalty / Loyalty Product Manager JD – - Own the Loyalty Product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle for a B2B automotive parts platform. - Design and optimize rewards, points, tiers, promotions, incentives, and loyalty programs . - Drive customer retention, repeat purchases, engagement, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) . - Conduct customer research and leverage analytics, segmentation, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities. - Define PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria , and manage product backlogs in an Agile environment. - Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success teams. - Track KPIs such as retention, redemption, enrollment, engagement, order frequency, and loyalty-driven revenue .
