Location: Thane West Shift Timing: 6 PM – 4 AM Working Days: Monday to Friday We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a strong background in hiring across the United States. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for US blue-collar positions. - Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and other channels. - Stay updated on US labor market trends, hiring practices, and recruitment strategies. - Manage ATS, recruitment reports, and candidate records. - Coordinate offers, onboarding, and follow-ups. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of end-to-end US recruitment experience, with experience hiring blue-collar or white-collar talent - Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types. - Knowledge of US job markets, recruitment processes, and compliance standards. - Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and communication skills. - Experience with ATS and major US job portals.
