About the Company MONTROI is a luxury lifestyle brand specialising in perfumes, leather goods, home fragrances, candles, incense and lifestyle accessories. As part of the NITRONI Group, we operate across multiple brands and markets, supplying e-commerce customers, retail stores, wholesale partners and hospitality clients internationally. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to manage all inbound and outbound logistics operations, transport bookings, courier relationships, shipping costs, supplier collections and raw material movements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently, delivered on time and managed at the most competitive possible cost. This is a head-office coordination and management role , working closely with the warehouse, procurement, sales, e-commerce and finance teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Shipping & Logistics Management - Manage and coordinate all domestic and international shipping activities across the group's brands. - Arrange and oversee shipping bookings for e-commerce, retail, wholesale, hospitality and corporate client orders. - Coordinate shipments by courier, road, air and sea freight. - Select the most appropriate shipping method based on cost, delivery timelines, shipment size and destination. - Manage relationships with freight forwarders, courier companies, transport providers and customs clearance agents. - Ensure shipments are collected, dispatched, tracked and delivered according to schedule. - Resolve shipping delays, lost shipments, delivery exceptions and logistics-related customer issues. - Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure shipments are prepared and ready for collection. 2. Shipping Cost Optimisation - Continuously review, negotiate and reduce domestic and international shipping costs. - Obtain and compare quotations from multiple logistics providers. - Negotiate competitive courier rates, freight tariffs and service agreements. - Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments and reduce unnecessary transport expenses. - Analyse shipping costs by destination, customer, order type, product category and logistics provider. - Review volumetric weight charges, packaging dimensions, surcharges and other freight-related costs. - Develop cost-effective shipping solutions for individual online orders, bulk wholesale shipments and international deliveries. - Monitor monthly logistics expenditure and recommend measurable cost-saving initiatives. - Regularly benchmark logistics providers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality. 3. Driver & Local Transport Management - Manage the company's driver and coordinate all daily transport schedules. - Plan and optimise collection and delivery routes to reduce fuel costs, travel time and unnecessary journeys. - Organise daily deliveries to boutiques, hotels, corporate clients, warehouses and other locations. - Prioritise urgent deliveries and coordinate changes to daily schedules. - Monitor driver productivity, punctuality, vehicle usage and delivery performance. - Ensure accurate delivery documentation, proof of delivery and collection records. - Coordinate vehicle maintenance, registration and other operational requirements where applicable. 4. Raw Materials & Inbound Supply Chain - Coordinate the transportation and collection of raw materials, ingredients, packaging components and finished products from local and international suppliers. - Work closely with procurement and production teams to schedule inbound deliveries. - Obtain competitive freight quotations for raw material imports and supplier collections. - Evaluate suppliers' delivery arrangements and shipping terms to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Coordinate shipments from manufacturers and suppliers in the UAE, Europe, India and other international markets. - Monitor inbound shipment timelines to avoid production delays or stock shortages. - Ensure correct shipping documentation and customs clearance arrangements. - Support supplier sourcing activities by identifying competitive logistics solutions and evaluating landed costs. - Assist procurement with comparing total delivered costs, including freight, duties, handling and other charges. 5. International Freight & Customs - Manage international imports and exports, including freight bookings Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
