Act as the key project coordination point between customers, operations, IT, legal and other relevant stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. Understand customer requirements and convert them into practical operating procedures, SOPs and eSOPs. Partner with technology teams to support system configuration and development, business requirements gathering, SIT/UAT, testing, issue resolution and deployment. Establish project plans, track milestones and manage resources, risks, dependencies and change requests. Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders through project updates, meetings and implementation reviews. Coordinate operational and system training to support successful adoption of new processes and solutions. Monitor post-go-live performance and support governance activities to ensure implementation objectives are sustained. Support KPI reporting, customer business reviews and operational performance improvement. Identify opportunities to standardise processes, improve service quality and enhance digital connectivity through EDI and other technology solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, customer implementation, key account management or project management. Practical understanding of international freight forwarding and supply chain processes. Experience working on logistics system implementation, process transformation or customer onboarding projects. Strong project coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and project timelines. Strong communication and change-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CargoWise, SAP, TRAX or similar logistics systems would be advantageous.
