This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, technically oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operational activities, follow-ups, and open actions. - Coordinate between customers, Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, and field teams. - Track installations, deployments, service activities, and customer requests. - Identify blockers, escalate issues, and drive tasks through to completion. - Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and operational reports. - Support customer communication and technical troubleshooting. - Coordinate technicians, installers, and external service providers when required. - Improve operational processes and support cross-functional projects. Requirements - ~5 years of proven experience in Operations, Technical Operations, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role. - Strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal English. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-moving environment. - Strong technical orientation and ability to understand hardware, software, and system workflows. - Ability to read technical documentation, installation guides, and system diagrams. - Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills. - Experience with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or project-management systems. Advantage - Experience with hardware installations, deployments, field service, or technical operations. - Experience troubleshooting hardware or connectivity issues. - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk. - Experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, industrial technology, or another operationally complex environment. - Experience working with enterprise customers or international service providers.
