Logistics Officer - Bilingual of Arab Nationals

LOGISTICS OFFICER

Please find the key responsibilities below:

• Material Logistics: Coordinate material deliveries, unloading, storage, and distribution to the required floors and work areas.
• Tower Crane Coordination: Plan and coordinate tower crane operations, lifting schedules, material hoisting, and delivery priorities with site teams.
• Access Management: Manage site access, delivery routes, loading and unloading areas, and traffic movement within the project.
• Vertical Transportation: Coordinate the use of construction hoists, passenger/material lifts, and tower cranes for the movement of materials and manpower.
• Delivery Scheduling: Arrange and monitor supplier deliveries to avoid congestion, delays, and disruption to ongoing construction activities.
• Manpower Coordination: Coordinate with construction teams to ensure materials and equipment are available where required.
• Storage and Housekeeping: Ensure proper material storage, clear access routes, and organized site logistics areas on all floors.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with project HSE requirements, lifting procedures, and site safety regulations.
• Daily Coordination: Liaise with Construction Managers, Site Engineers, Storekeepers, Procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve logistics issues.
• Reporting: Prepare daily logistics reports covering deliveries, crane utilization, hoisting activities, material availability, and outstanding constraints.

Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in supply chain management, business, or industrial engineering
• 7 – 10 years of experience in Construction Industry
• Communication Skill: must have excellent communication skill ( both written and verbal)
• Should be able to identify measures or indicators of system performance that are relative to the goals of the system
• Should have the ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Need to know how to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches to problems.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• Do you have 7–10 years of experience in construction logistics, with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Industrial Engineering?
• Do you have hands-on experience coordinating tower crane operations, material hoisting, construction hoists, and material deliveries on high-rise construction projects?
• Do you have experience managing site access, delivery schedules, material storage, traffic movement, and coordination with construction teams, suppliers, and subcontractors?
• Are you experienced in preparing daily logistics reports and ensuring compliance with site HSE requirements and lifting procedures?
