(Warehouse Management, Space Allocation, 3PL & Rental Operations)

• Manage the company's warehouses, storage facilities and available warehouse spaces.
• Identify available warehouse space and arrange it for rental to external customers.
• Handle warehouse leasing activities, including rental negotiations, agreements and renewals.
• Coordinate with prospective tenants regarding warehouse space availability, rental rates and terms.
• Maintain proper records of rented and vacant warehouse spaces.
• Monitor rental payments, lease expiry dates and outstanding amounts.
• Ensure maximum utilization of available warehouse space and storage facilities.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, brokers and property management companies.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory movement and dispatch.
• Ensure proper space planning and allocation for different materials and products.
• Conduct regular warehouse inspections and ensure safety and maintenance standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on warehouse occupancy, rental income and operational expenses.
• Develop strategies to generate additional income through unused warehouse space.
• Manage and coordinate 3PM ( Third-party Logistics ) operations, including outsourced logistics providers, transportation warehousing and service performance.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Strong experience in warehouse space leasing, 3PL and rental management.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, space utilization and rental negotiations.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• UAE warehouse and industrial property market experience will be an advantage.

UAE market experience is preferred.
