Logistics Manager - CONSTRUCTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage logistics operations across construction sites.
• Coordinate the transportation, delivery, storage, and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules.
• Manage suppliers, transport companies, drivers, and logistics teams.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material movements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, project, and site teams.
• Ensure proper documentation, delivery records, and inventory reports.
• Control logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, UAE regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Resolve delivery delays and other logistics-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple construction sites and managing logistics teams.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/inventory management systems.
