Coordinate the project's material entry plan, cross-border logistics, on-site storage control, material turnover, and finished product protection. Interface with the project owner, local logistics suppliers, customs, and on-site construction teams to ensure all construction materials, components, and equipment are delivered on time, in good quality, and in an orderly manner, meeting the high-speed, high-standard, and high-compliance requirements of the airport project. Main job responsibilities 1. Logistics overall planning and material entry plan control 2. Cross-border import logistics, customs clearance, and local transportation management 3. On-site yard, storage, and material control 4. On-site transportation, vehicle scheduling, and construction support 5. Material loss, cost, and supplier management 6. Multi-party coordination, document management, and team management (1)Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as logistics management, supply chain management, engineering management, civil engineering, etc. More than 6 years of experience in engineering logistics management, with more than 3 years of experience in logistics management for large-scale airport/transport hub projects. (2)Professional Competence Requirements Proficient in the import clearance process, customs policies, tax-exempt declaration of engineering materials, and local logistics regulations in the UAE, with the ability to handle cross-border logistics operations in full. Skilled in planning material yards on large construction sites, capable of independently solving complex issues such as logistics bottlenecks, material congestion, and delays in material entry. Strong logistics cost control ability, capable of effectively controlling material loss and logistics time risk. (3)Certification and Skill Requirements Preference given to those holding certifications such as logistics manager, supply chain management, and warehouse management. Proficient in English (both written and spoken). Skilled in using office software, good at maintaining records, preparing reports, and drafting logistics plans. (4)Experience Preferences Experience in providing complete logistics support for airport terminal projects in the UAE and Gulf region. Experience in cross-border logistics and on-site control of large steel structures, irregular roof systems, and large-scale electromechanical equipment. (5)Overall Quality Requirements Strong coordination and planning ability, excellent execution, outstanding communication skills, capable of quickly resolving on-site issues, with strong on-site control, risk prevention, resource coordination capabilities, and a strong sense of cost awareness, service awareness, and team management awareness. ***Salary will be finalized based on the candidate's experience after the face-to-face interview.
