Logistics Manager - Construction

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager with a strong construction background to oversee and manage logistics operations across multiple construction projects. The role will be responsible for transportation, material movement, equipment coordination, site logistics, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of resources to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage logistics plans for construction projects.
• Oversee transportation and movement of construction materials, equipment, machinery, and manpower.
• Coordinate logistics activities across multiple project sites.
• Manage relationships with transporters, suppliers, subcontractors, and logistics service providers.
• Plan and monitor vehicle, equipment, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Stores, PMV, and Site teams to meet project requirements.
• Monitor loading, unloading, storage, and movement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of deliveries, transfers, and vehicle movements.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues that may affect project schedules.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and HSE standards.
• Lead and supervise logistics personnel and drivers.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant logistics experience, with significant experience in construction.
• UAE construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing logistics for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, heavy equipment, transportation, and site logistics.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
