Logistics Manager

Overview

This is a hands-on logistics role based in Natick. You will pick up a company vehicle and travel throughout the market to manage part, device, and deposit pick-ups and drop-offs. Additional responsibilities include inventory management and B2B support.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently.

Duties

• Pick up and deliver parts and devices between store locations
• Handle deposit pickups and drop-offs securely and accurately
• Plan routes and manage daily pickup and delivery priorities
• Maintain accurate transfer records and delivery documentation
• Support inventory counts, organization, and stock transfers
• Communicate with store teams and management about deliveries, shortages, and delays
• Support B2B operations as needed
• Maintain the company vehicle and keep transported items secure and organized

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving habits
• Comfortable driving throughout the market
• Dependable and accountable, especially with attendance
• Organized with strong time management and attention to detail
• Trustworthy when handling deposits, devices, and inventory
• Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Professional communication and strong follow-through
• Logistics, delivery, or inventory management experience recommended
