Manage product distribution, logistics performance, and cost control. Lead workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and team performance. Optimize delivery routes and transportation operations. Control warehouse expenses, maintenance, and operational budgets. Manage supplier and service contracts within assigned authority. Resolve operational issues and support seamless supply chain activities. Monitor inventory accuracy, security, and loss prevention measures. Support store expansion projects with logistics recommendations. Participate in management meetings and lead safety initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management. 3 years of managerial experience in warehouse and logistics operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation planning, and supply chain processes. Experience in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and team supervision. Ability to manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and operational efficiency Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization within logistics operations. Experience in route planning and fleet coordination to improve delivery efficiency. Familiarity with vendor and contractor coordination and basic contract management. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues and store concerns. Knowledge of warehouse safety, security, and compliance standards, including incident reporting and safety procedures. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. Must have experience in F&B, retail, FMCG industry.
