Experience - 8-10 years.

• Responsibilities *

· Supply Chain and Freight Operation - Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating international shipments (air, sea, land) from global manufacturers and suppliers to our warehouse in Dubai and Muscat

· Warehouse and Inventory Management - Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring optimal space utilization, safe handling, efficient loading/unloading, and secure storage of sensitive architectural lighting fixtures and electronics.

● Project Site Logistics & Last-Mile Delivery - Collaborate closely with Sales team, design team, project managers and site engineers to schedule timely last-mile deliveries aligned with construction milestones and fit-out phases.

• Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate purchase orders, factory lead times, factory acceptance tests (FAT), submittals, and phased jobsite deliveries.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of shipping documents, bills of lading, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Financial & P&L Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, manage billing milestones, and forecast project profitability.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
