Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage daily logistics and transportation operations. - Coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and manpower to project sites. - Monitor vehicle schedules, deliveries, and transportation arrangements. - Coordinate with project managers, procurement, warehouse, and site teams. - Manage logistics documentation, records, and reports. - Monitor transportation costs and ensure efficient resource utilization. - Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations. - Resolve logistics-related issues and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and transport activities. - Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and available when required. Requirements: - Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as a Logistics Manager . - UAE/GCC experience preferred. - Experience in construction, landscaping, or infrastructure projects is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation, fleet management, and material coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems. - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Strong organizational and team management abilities.
