Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Logistics Manager is a leadership position for a career-oriented person that requires strong management skills. Must have excellent PC, analytical and interpersonal skills with a serious work ethic. Candidates must have the ability to work at a high rate of speed, be able to handle stressful situations effectively. Ability to work independently and take the initiative to seek and provide improvements to the organization is a must. Track, monitor and measure company drivers and subcontractors’ performance to ensure efficiency and on-time performance. Heavily involved in operations, driver coordination and administration.

This is not an entry level position, but the individual must be willing to learn from the ground up in order to advance to a future senior management position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations and administration
• Experience with leadership position and analytics
• Excellent PC skills including Excel and Google Doc.
• Desire to pursue a career with advancement potential and not just a job

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
