Coordinate and manage export shipment pickup bookings with internal teams. Prepare and ensure all required export documentation is complete and accurate. Provide pre-alerts to destination teams for export shipments. Verify shipment details and ensure the correct goods are released to the transporter. Print, organize, and file shipping documents according to customer requirements. Monitor and track import shipments to ensure timely delivery. Check shipment quantities and ensure there are no discrepancies in the number of packages received. Liaise with the customer’s receiving team to resolve shipment discrepancies or damaged goods.
