Logistics & Backroom Team Leader

Overview

As a Logistics & Backroom Team Leader, you’ll keep store operations moving by coordinating inventory, receiving, stocking, and backroom workflows. You’ll lead and support team members while partnering with sales and management teams to maintain accurate product flow and a welcoming customer experience. Duties

• Lead daily backroom operations, shift management, stocking, merchandising, and inventory management; maintain accurate records using bookkeeping and basic math.
• Coordinate purchasing, pricing, budgeting, and inventory control; apply retail math and product knowledge to support sales and operational management.
• Supervise, recruit, interview, orient, and support employee training and development; use clear managerial communication and team management practices.
• Support cashiering, cash handling, customer service, and point-of-sale (POS) systems; respond to calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Use negotiation, time management, and organizational skills to balance priorities and collaborate across store management, retail management, and sales teams.

Experience

• Required: Leadership, communication skills, and experience supervising people or coordinating retail operations.
• Preferred: Assistant manager experience, retail industry sales team management, retail sales, sales management, or store management experience.
• Familiarity with payroll, POS systems, purchasing, bookkeeping, and inventory processes is helpful.
• Multilingual or bilingual communication skills are welcome; strong math skills and retail store product knowledge are valued.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
