Logistics & Delivery Management Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily deliveries, pickups, and dispatch activities. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers and project sites. Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Warehouse, and other departments regarding delivery schedules and requirements. Monitor delivery routes and optimize truck utilization to control fuel and operating costs. Handle delivery delays, incomplete deliveries, backloads, cancelled items, and other logistics concerns. Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, returns, and completed transactions. Monitor the performance and productivity of drivers, helpers, and logistics personnel. B. Fleet Management Oversee the company’s trucks, vehicles, and other fleet assets. Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and other required documents. Establish and monitor preventive maintenance schedules. Coordinate with mechanics and external service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, vehicle condition, and operating expenses. Ensure that vehicles are clean, safe, roadworthy, and properly maintained. Investigate vehicle breakdowns, accidents, damages, and other fleet-related incidents. Ensure drivers conduct proper vehicle inspection before and after trips. C. Warehouse Management Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and releasing of items. Ensure proper organization and identification of stocks and warehouse areas. Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with the Inventory/Stockman team. Ensure proper handling of plumbing, electrical, sanitary, hardware, and other construction materials. Minimize damages, losses, shortages, and incorrect releases. Conduct or supervise regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation. Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and orderliness. D. Team Management Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse, drivers, helpers, stockmen, and other logistics personnel. Assign daily tasks and monitor attendance, productivity, and work performance. Implement company rules, safety procedures, and operational standards. Address employee concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions when necessary. Promote teamwork, discipline, accountability, and proper coordination among logistics personnel. E. Cost & Operational Control Monitor logistics expenses including fuel, toll fees, repairs, maintenance, and other transportation costs. Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary expenses and improve operational efficiency. Monitor truck utilization and delivery costs. Prepare recommendations regarding fleet replacement, repair, maintenance, or additional equipment when needed. F. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and warehouse reports. Monitor delivery completion, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, and warehouse performance. Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents, repairs, maintenance, incidents, and logistics expenses. Report operational problems, damages, losses, accidents, and other significant concerns to Management. Provide recommendations and action plans for recurring operational issues. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field . At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, fleet, distribution, or transportation operations. Preferably with experience managing trucks, drivers, helpers, warehouse personnel, and delivery operations . Experience in warehouse and inventory management is highly preferred. Knowledge of fleet maintenance, vehicle documentation, route planning, and transportation operations. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Strong communication and coordination skills. Willing to work in a fast-paced and hands-on operational environment. Willing to work on-site in Quezon City . Willing to start immediately. Maintain accurate logistics and fleet records. Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures. Build a disciplined, accountable, and productive logistics team. Provide timely solutions to operational and delivery concerns. WORKING CONDITIONS Full-time, on-site position. Primarily based in the company warehouse/operations area in Quezon City. May require coordination with customers, suppliers, project sites, drivers, mechanics, and other external parties. Must be willing to conduct actual warehouse, fleet, and delivery monitoring when necessary.
