# Logistics and Fulfillment Manager **PHARMASERV EXPRESS INC** · Marikina · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders from endorsement through successful delivery Receive and validate order endorsements from the Customer Service team Coordinate with fulfillment partners to confirm product availability and preparation requirements Coordinate with the rider/logistics team to arrange timely order pickup and delivery Monitor orders closely throughout the fulfillment and delivery process Track order status and ensure timely completion in accordance with established service standards Act as the primary point of coordination for fulfillment and delivery concerns Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues such as product availability, preparation delays, rider concerns, delivery delays, or order discrepancies Escalate complex or exceptional cases to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary Maintain accurate records and reports on order status, fulfillment performance, and operational issues Monitor recurring fulfillment and delivery issues and recommend process improvements Coordinate closely with Customer Service and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Help establish and improve standard operating procedures for fulfillment and logistics Provide operational support and guidance to the fulfillment/logistics team as needed Perform other operational duties related to order fulfillment and logistics Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or a related field Experience managing end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery operations Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in operational systems, order management platforms, and spreadsheets E-commerce, fulfillment, last-mile delivery, inventory, or rider coordination experience is an advantage Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or other regulated fulfillment environments is a plus Willing to work primarily in Marikina, with occasional reporting to the BGC office.
