Construction Logistics Manager in a construction or infrastructure company oversees the entire supply chain, material flow, site access, and equipment deployment for building projects. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

• Site Logistics Planning: Develop and execute traffic management plans, site access protocols, and general layout for laydown and storage areas.
• Material & Equipment Coordination: Schedule and track the delivery, offloading, storage, and distribution of construction materials, heavy machinery, and plant equipment.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, subcontractors, and local authorities to prevent site congestion and delays.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to local transport rules, site safety regulations, and Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies.
• Waste & Cost Management: Oversee site waste segregation and disposal, monitor logistics expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
