Locker room supervisor Helps dancers get ready: checks outfits, and provides hair, makeup, or styling assistance. Guidance and Safety: Offers advice, answers questions, and maintains a safe, comfortable environment behind the scenes. Mediation: Resolves minor conflicts and acts as a trusted link between the performers and club management. Supplies Management: Keeps dressing rooms stocked with essentials like tape, safety pins, hairspray, and cosmetics. Organizational Skills: Ability to stock supplies (first aid, toiletries, wardrobe essentials), keep dressing areas clean, and handle fast-paced backstage logistics Discretion and Maturity: High level of professional maturity and complete confidentiality regarding the Entertainers and club operations. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, empathy, and listening skills to offer emotional support, mediate conflicts, and build trust with Entertainers. Oversees locker room operations cash handling house fee's and making sure entertainers are complying with dress for the night and working with management to make sure the comply. Calling and texting Entertainers and confirming when they will be in to set up your shift and future shifts. Work Location: In person
