What you will be doing: Receiving and replenishing kits after surgical procedures Tracking inventory movements and maintaining accurate records Maintaining and checking instruments to ensure they are complete and ready for use Working closely with Customer Service, Territory Managers and Supply Chain teams Assisting with stock control, cycle counts and inventory accuracy Supporting a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment Participating in on-call and occasional after-hours activities when required What We're Looking For - We'd love to hear from you if you are: Positive, enthusiastic and bring great energy to the team Reliable and take ownership of your work Proactive and always looking for ways to help A natural team player who enjoys working collaboratively Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn new systems and processes Someone who enjoys being hands-on and staying active throughout the day Experience That Could Be Relevant - You may have gained transferable skills from roles in: Warehousing and logistics Inventory control or stores Healthcare or hospital environments Customer service Supply chain operations Production, manufacturing or distribution Don't worry if you haven't worked with surgical loan kits before.
