Live Streamer Talent Manager (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Description Identify and source potential livestreaming talents through social media platforms, livestreaming platforms, events, referral, networking, and other channels. Proactively approach and communicate with potential talents to introduce our agency and livestreaming opportunities. Recruit and onboard suitable live streamers to join the agency. Follow up consistently with potential talents throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. To assist operation team to ensure live streamer fulfilled their committed streaming hours. Assist streamer improve their live streaming performance, engagement and earning potential. Achieve monthly recruitment, activation and talent acquisition targets. Job Requirement Highly proactive, outgoing and target-driven. Strong communication, persuasion and follow up skill. Comfortable using Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Rednote and Other Social platforms to expand networking. Passionate with livestreaming, social media, entertainment , or creators. Experience with Livestreaming agency or creator is an added advantages. Able adapt to target based and performance based incentives. Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
