Skilled at presenting product details, answering questions, promoting special deals, and helping shoppers find great items at affordable prices. Also who knows how to work a computer/iPad. Passionate about building customer relationships, increasing sales, and making every live shopping event exciting and enjoyable. *Needed Thursday-Saturday. Hourly rate and commission based pay! Responsibilities - Host live streaming sessions on multiple social media platforms, presenting products with enthusiasm and confidence to maximize viewer engagement and sales. - Develop compelling content scripts and visual presentations using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and media editing software to enhance live broadcasts. - Manage real-time interactions with viewers through chat moderation, responding to questions, comments, and feedback to build a lively community atmosphere. - Utilize social listening tools and social media analytics to monitor audience preferences, trending topics, and campaign performance for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars aligned with branding strategies and promotional campaigns across Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and other platforms. - Analyze digital marketing performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools to optimize future live streams and content strategies. - Maintain brand consistency by adhering to branding guidelines while creating engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences. Requirements - Proven experience in live streaming, social media management, or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation and audience engagement. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and their respective content formats. - Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and media editing software for video editing and visual enhancements. - Familiarity with SEO strategies, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing performance monitoring techniques. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences confidently in a lively manner during live broadcasts. - Experience using social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to track trends and measure campaign success. - Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple live streams or campaigns simultaneously. - A creative mindset with strong proofreading skills for content writing and editing purposes.
