Live Operation Team Leader
Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Lead a group of live operators, moderators, and other member of the team. Set work schedules and assign daily streaming duties. Live Execution: Oversee real-time broadcasts on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. Fix technical or audio problems immediately during live sessions. Sales and Performance Tracking: Monitor viewer counts, engagement rates, and gross merchandise value (GMV). Adjust promotions and host scripts on the fly to boost sales. Strategy and Planning: Coordinate with marketing teams to plan livestream topics, product drops, and special discount schedules. Required Skills: Fast-Paced Communication: Ability to think and speak clearly under pressure during live events. Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with e-commerce live tools, voucher setups, and community guidelines. Leadership: Experience in coaching staff, tracking attendance, and reviewing performance metrics.
