This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila . As a Live Host , you will be the face and voice of our brand, delivering compelling live presentations and demonstrations to engage audiences, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales. This role is strategically important to our business as it directly influences customer acquisition, brand perception, and revenue generation through dynamic, real-time interactions. Key responsibilities Host engaging live streaming sessions, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to captivate and inform audiences Build authentic connections with viewers and potential clients through dynamic communication and interactive engagement Present products, services, and value propositions in a clear, persuasive, and compelling manner Answer audience questions promptly and professionally, addressing concerns and objections to drive conversions Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging, content, and promotional strategies Monitor live chat interactions and social media engagement to maximise audience participation and lead generation Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) during live sessions Follow brand guidelines and maintain professional standards throughout all live appearances Provide feedback to the team on viewer responses, market trends, and opportunities for improvement What we're looking for Proven experience as a live host, sales consultant, or in a similar customer-facing sales role Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively in English and/or Filipino Natural on-camera presence with strong charisma and the ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to close sales or drive conversions in a real-time, interactive environment Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits Excellent listening skills with the ability to identify and respond to client needs and concerns Proficiency with live streaming platforms and social media tools Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team High energy, positive attitude, and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment Flexibility and adaptability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required What we offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience and performance Performance-based incentives and commission opportunities to reward your success Opportunities for career development and progression within a growing international consulting firm Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation Access to professional training and development programmes to enhance your skills Health and wellness benefits to support your wellbeing Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule On-site parking Paid training Promotion to permanent employee Work Location: In person
