About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Listing Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s property listings across real estate portals and internal systems, ensuring all listings are accurate, up to date, professionally presented, and aligned with market standards. The role requires strong coordination and communication skills, as the Listing Manager will work closely with property owners, agents, photographers, marketing teams, and management to ensure maximum visibility and quality of our property portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain property listings across major UAE real estate portals and internal CRM systems. - Ensure all listing information, including prices, availability, property details, amenities, locations, and contact information, is accurate and up to date. - Coordinate with property agents and landlords to collect and verify property information and required documents. - Create and maintain high-quality property listings with professional descriptions, images, videos, and other marketing materials. - Monitor listing performance, visibility, leads, and engagement across different platforms. - Regularly update, renew, deactivate, or remove listings based on availability and instructions. - Ensure listings comply with company policies, portal requirements, and applicable UAE real estate regulations. - Coordinate photography, videography, floor plans, and other property marketing materials when required. - Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to ensure agents have accurate and updated property information. - Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners regarding their listings and marketing activities. - Monitor competing listings and market trends to help improve pricing, presentation, and listing performance. - Identify opportunities to improve listing quality, ranking, visibility, and lead generation. - Prepare regular reports on listing activity, performance, lead generation, and portfolio status. - Maintain organized records and ensure all property documentation is properly filed and updated. - Support the marketing team with property-related content and promotional campaigns. - Follow up on expired, inactive, or underperforming listings and take appropriate action. Qualifications & Requirements - Previous experience in a Listing Manager, Property Administrator, Real Estate Coordinator, or similar role is preferred. - Previous experience within the UAE real estate industry is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market and property portals is preferred. - Experience with major UAE property portals and CRM systems. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong coordination and follow-up abilities. - Ability to manage multiple listings and priorities simultaneously. - Good understanding of property marketing and digital listing practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online property portals. - Ability to analyze listing performance and prepare basic reports. - Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus. - Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to learn and continuously adapt to changes in the real estate market and digital platforms.
