The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, enjoy building relationships with property owners, and be motivated to grow within a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Source and secure new property listings for sale and rent. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords. Conduct property inspections and collect accurate property details. Negotiate listing agreements and terms with property owners. Coordinate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure properties are advertised effectively. Ensure property information, pricing, availability, and photos are accurate and up to date. Work closely with sales and leasing teams to maximize property exposure and generate opportunities. Achieve monthly listing targets and contribute to overall business growth. Monitor UAE real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities. Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential property owners. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in the UAE real estate industry . Previous experience as a Listing Agent or Property Consultant is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven. Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market and major property portals is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred. Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
