The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with property owners, securing exclusive property listings, and developing a high-quality portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Source and secure new property listings through networking, referrals, calls, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords. Conduct property presentations, valuations, and market assessments. Obtain exclusive and non-exclusive property listings in line with company objectives. Ensure accurate and up-to-date property information, pricing, availability, and documentation. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote listed properties effectively. Follow up with owners regularly and provide professional market feedback. Maintain an updated database of listings and owner contacts. Monitor Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and competing properties. Work closely with sales and leasing consultants to support successful transactions. Achieve individual listing and business-development targets. Requirements Previous experience in real estate, property sales, leasing, or listing acquisition is preferred. Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Confident, professional, and self-motivated personality. Strong ability to generate leads and develop new business. Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results. Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
