The ideal candidate will have strong experience in property listing, landlord acquisition, and the Abu Dhabi real estate market , with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners and generate a consistent portfolio of quality listings. Key Responsibilities Source and acquire new residential and commercial property listings in Abu Dhabi. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and investors . Contact property owners and generate new listing opportunities. Conduct property assessments and collect accurate information about properties. Obtain and maintain the required property listing documentation. Ensure property information, prices, availability, and descriptions are accurate and updated. Manage and maintain a strong portfolio of active property listings. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to promote listed properties. Ensure properties are properly advertised across relevant real estate portals. Follow up regularly with landlords and property owners. Develop long-term relationships with property owners to secure exclusive and quality listings. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi property prices, communities, projects, market trends, and rental/sales activity . Monitor competing listings and market conditions to provide owners with relevant market information. Work closely with property consultants to maximize opportunities generated from listings. Meet monthly listing and performance targets. Maintain accurate records of property owners, listings, follow-ups, and transactions. Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience , preferably as a Listing Agent or in a similar property acquisition role. Abu Dhabi real estate experience is mandatory. Proven experience in acquiring property listings and dealing directly with landlords/property owners . Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Good understanding of property sales and leasing. Existing network of property owners and landlords is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into listings. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated personality. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. Strong knowledge of real estate portals and online property marketing.
