# Line and Grade Engineer **REY-TECH CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP.** · Cabuyao · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Line & Grade Engineer is responsible for ensuring the accurate alignment, elevation, level, and positioning of construction works in accordance with approved plans, drawings, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain project benchmarks, control points, reference lines, and elevations . Conduct setting-out and layout of structural, civil, architectural, and other construction works. Check and verify line, grade, elevation, alignment, and dimensions of construction activities. Perform field measurements and surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS , and other surveying equipment. Review and interpret approved construction drawings, coordinates, and specifications. Coordinate with Surveyors, Site Engineers, Project Engineers, subcontractors, and other technical personnel. Monitor ongoing works to ensure proper positioning and compliance with approved drawings. Conduct verification surveys and prepare as-built measurements and documentation . Identify and report discrepancies or deviations from approved plans. Maintain accurate records of survey data, measurements, benchmarks, and control points. Ensure surveying instruments are properly maintained and calibrated. Perform other duties related to site engineering and surveying as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, or a related field . With relevant experience in construction surveying, line and grade, or site engineering . Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS , and other surveying equipment. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and interpretation of construction drawings. Strong understanding of coordinates, elevations, benchmarks, and construction layout. Highly accurate and detail-oriented. Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to work on project sites and relocate when required. Licensed Civil Engineer or Geodetic Engineer is an advantage.
