As we scale, we're looking for a high-calibre client centered professional to help own, sustain and elevate the overall client experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, professional Light Vehicle Driver with proven experience driving across all UAE roads. The role requires excellent knowledge of Dubai and wider UAE routes, strong navigation skills, punctuality, discretion, and a professional approach when dealing with the Chief of Staff.

You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff responsible for providing safe, reliable and timely transportation, including daily pick-ups and drop-offs, meetings, appointments and business-related travel. You will also be expected to plan routes efficiently, manage traffic and parking considerations, maintain the vehicle to a high standard, and support occasional business errands when required.

This role is not for a messenger or delivery driver. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the complete driving experience, can navigate the UAE independently, understands the importance of confidentiality and professionalism, and can be relied upon to provide consistent, safe and seamless transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicle for daily assignments.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, presentation, and readiness at all times.
• Ensure regular vehicle maintenance, fueling, and timely service schedules.
• Monitor and report vehicle condition, addressing issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Plan routes efficiently to optimize time, traffic conditions, and trip schedules.
• Coordinate document transport, deliveries, and errands as required.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic rules, company safety policies, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with the Chief of Staff for scheduling, pickups, and drop-off of senior leadership team.
• Support smooth travel experiences for clients & senior leadership by anticipating needs.
• Ensure internal communication regarding vehicle availability, delays, or incidents.
• Uphold professional demeanor, punctuality, and presentation while on duty.

What We’re Looking For

4–6 years of hands-on experience in:

• Driving private executives with professional driver etiquette.
• Strong knowledge of all UAE roads – not just Dubai.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clear communicator internally and with clients on WhatsApp, emails and verbally.
• Innovative, takes ownership and adapts.
• Valid driver’s license is a must.
• Living in Al Barsha, Dubai Investment Park or surrounding areas.
• Additional languages such as Tagalog, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French, German or others are a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
