JOB DESCRIPTION – COMPANY DRIVER

Job Summary

RENAD International Group LLC is looking for a responsible, punctual, and experienced Company Driver to support daily business operations, including staff transportation, material deliveries, collections, and other company-related activities across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Delivery

• Transport company staff, management, and visitors as required.
• Deliver and collect materials, equipment, documents, and parcels from suppliers and customers.
• Support deliveries of audio-visual equipment, CNC cutting tools, coolant pumps, and printing materials.
• Handle airport pickups, supplier visits, and customer deliveries.
• Travel across all UAE Emirates as required.

1. Logistics & Warehouse Support

• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Support warehouse activities, packing, and stock arrangements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, courier companies, and freight forwarders.
• Collect purchase orders, delivery notes, and other business documents.
• Ensure safe handling of company products during transportation.

1. Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain company vehicles in clean and good working condition.
• Conduct daily checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, and other essential components.
• Ensure timely vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and service records.
• Immediately report vehicle damage, accidents, or mechanical issues.

1. Office & Operational Support

• Assist with bank visits, cheque deposits, document submissions, and collections.
• Support the sales and operations teams with daily assignments.
• Perform company-related purchases and collections.
• Assist technicians with transportation of tools and equipment to project sites.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving licence (Light Vehicle) – Mandatory .
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and GPS navigation.
• Basic English communication skills; Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling materials safely.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and professional.
• Flexible to work additional hours when operationally required, in accordance with UAE labour regulations.
