The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the structural design, analysis and coordination of prefabricated modular building systems, including considerations for manufacturing, transportation, lifting, stacking and installation . Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 5–10 years of experience in LGS / Cold-Formed Steel structures Proven experience in modular / offsite construction Strong knowledge of AISI, Eurocode, ASCE and IBC Experience with FrameCAD, Vertex, Tekla Structures and Revit Proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000 or STRAP Strong understanding of connection design, bracing systems, load transfer and tolerances Ability to coordinate effectively with factory, architectural, MEP, QA/QC and project teams Preferred: GCC / UAE modular project experience Exposure to modular manufacturing and factory QA/QC workflows Knowledge of transportation and lifting engineering Professional Engineer / Chartered Engineer certification This role is ideal for someone who combines strong structural engineering capability with a practical understanding of buildability, manufacturability and modular production environments .
