The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new membership sales, following up with potential members, conducting club tours, and helping customers choose the membership package that best suits their fitness goals and lifestyle. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly individual and team membership sales targets. Generate leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, social media inquiries, and promotional activities. Respond promptly and professionally to membership inquiries. Conduct engaging club tours and explain the gym’s facilities, services, classes, and membership options. Understand each prospect’s fitness goals and recommend the most suitable membership package. Follow up consistently with prospective members and convert leads into sales. Prepare membership agreements and ensure that all required documents and payments are completed correctly. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales in the membership system. Build positive relationships with new and existing members. Support membership renewals, member retention, and referral initiatives. Participate in company events, mall activations, promotions, and other lead-generation activities. Coordinate with the reception, fitness, and operations teams to provide an excellent member experience. Maintain a professional appearance and represent Yalla Fitness positively at all times. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in fitness membership sales, retail sales, hospitality, telesales, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Confident in approaching customers and closing sales. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. Friendly, energetic, and passionate about fitness and healthy living. Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. Basic computer skills and experience using CRM or membership management systems are preferred. Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
