Upload and manage licenses on the internal Pulse system. Send copies of licenses to the concerned stores. Coordinate with store staff to collect required information and documents. Provide necessary documents to consultants. Prepare files and documents required for notices and consultant-related work. Maintain proper records of licensing documents and files. In case of urgent requirements, visit Government Offices for file/document submissions. Visit Courts/Notary Offices when required for document notarization. Coordinate with consultants and relevant store teams for documentation. Prepare and process PO & GRN for consultant bills. Key Skills: ✔ Good communication & coordination ✔ Documentation and record keeping ✔ Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets ✔ Good follow-up skills ✔ Willingness to travel for field work when required Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
