The position ensures that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved architectural plans, drawings, specifications, project standards, and applicable building codes. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and monitor architectural works at the construction site. Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure that construction works comply with approved plans, designs, and project requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction defects, discrepancies, and design issues. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other project personnel. Review shop drawings, material samples, material submittals, and other technical documents. Provide technical assistance and clarification regarding architectural and construction issues. Monitor the quality of workmanship, materials, finishes, and architectural installations. Coordinate with the project team to resolve site issues and prevent delays. Prepare site inspection reports, punch lists, progress reports, and other required documentation. Attend site meetings and coordinate architectural requirements with the construction team. Monitor project progress and ensure that architectural works are completed according to the project schedule. Assist in reviewing variations, design changes, and proposed site modifications. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety requirements, and construction standards. Coordinate the preparation and review of as-built drawings and project turnover documents. Conduct final inspections and assist in the completion of punch-list items and project handover. Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the position as assigned.
