Licensed Leasing Agent - Uncapped Commission (JSR Group)

IMPORTANT COMPENSATION: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, not a salaried position. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or base pay. Earnings depend on completed transactions. Apply only if you are comfortable with commission-only pay.

Uncapped commission with a split based on experience. We provide leads, listings, and training so you can start closing deals quickly.

TEAM: Recruiting is for JSR Group, a team affiliated with Fulton Grace Realty. This is a JSR Group team ad, not a Fulton Grace Realty company-sponsored or brokerage-wide hire.

JSR Group is hiring a licensed real estate broker or leasing agent for residential leasing in Chicago. Newly licensed brokers are welcome. You get training, a collaborative team, and a flexible hybrid schedule based in 60618.

What you’ll do:

• Lease residential properties and guide clients from inquiry through closing
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers
• Run market analysis and advise clients
• Market listings and build tenant and client relationships
• Track leads in a CRM and keep transactions compliant

What you need:

• Active Illinois real estate broker or leasing agent license, in good standing
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• Sales experience (residential real estate preferred) and solid negotiation and communication skills
• Organized enough to handle more than one transaction at a time
• Working knowledge of fair housing and basic real estate practice
• Bilingual is a plus. Property-management or admin experience is a plus.

Compensation is commission only. Schedule is flexible. Work is hybrid in Chicago, IL 60618.
