The ideal candidate must have strong practical expertise in real estate redevelopment, PMC operations, RERA, RERA compliances, legal documentation, statutory approvals, government liaisoning, and regulatory matters . The candidate must have independently handled redevelopment projects and should be capable of taking complete ownership of liaisoning, legal coordination, regulatory compliance, documentation, and stakeholder management. This is a senior position requiring an individual who can confidently interact with developers, society members, government authorities, advocates, architects, consultants, and senior management . Mandatory: Prior Real Estate Experience Prior professional experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory. In addition, candidates must have specific experience with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and redevelopment projects . Candidates from non-real-estate backgrounds or candidates without hands-on PMC redevelopment experience will not be considered. Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate & Redevelopment Projects Independently handle real estate redevelopment projects from a liaisoning, regulatory, legal coordination, and compliance perspective. Manage project-related documentation, approvals, permissions, NOCs, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with developers, society members, architects, consultants, advocates, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress from a regulatory and documentation perspective. Independently follow up on pending approvals and project-related matters. Identify potential legal, regulatory, and compliance issues and coordinate their resolution. PMC Responsibilities Work closely with the Project Management Consultancy team and coordinate various project requirements. Ensure proper documentation and regulatory processes are followed throughout redevelopment projects. Coordinate between the developer, society, consultants, legal advisors, architects, and authorities. Maintain systematic records of project-related applications, approvals, correspondence, NOCs, and compliance documents. RERA & Compliance Possess strong practical knowledge of RERA and RERA compliances . Independently manage and coordinate RERA-related requirements . Understand RERA registration, documentation, disclosures, ongoing compliance, project updates, and applicable regulations. Coordinate with advocates and legal consultants on RERA-related matters. Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are completed accurately and within applicable timelines. Remain updated on relevant RERA regulations, circulars, notifications, and compliance requirements. Legal & Documentation Possess strong working knowledge of real estate and redevelopment-related legal matters . Review and understand agreements, undertakings, notices, applications, correspondence, and other project-related legal documentation. Coordinate with advocates and legal consultants. Assist in identifying legal and regulatory risks. Ensure proper maintenance of legal, statutory, and project documentation. Coordinate documentation between developers, societies, consultants, advocates, and authorities. Government Liaisoning Independently liaise with relevant government and statutory authorities . Coordinate applications, permissions, approvals, NOCs, certificates, and other statutory requirements. Conduct systematic follow-ups with concerned departments and authorities. Track pending matters and ensure timely closure. Mandatory Requirements Prior Real Estate industry experience is mandatory. 7–10+ years of relevant experience is mandatory. Prior Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience is mandatory. Hands-on redevelopment project experience is mandatory. Must have independently handled redevelopment projects . Strong practical knowledge of RERA and RERA compliances is mandatory. Strong knowledge of real estate and redevelopment legal matters . Experience with statutory approvals, permissions, NOCs, and government processes. Strong liaisoning and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to independently manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Professional & Communication Requirements The candidate must have an exceptionally polished and professional personality and should be capable of representing the organization before senior clients, authorities, legal professionals, developers, consultants, and society representatives. Highly fluent in English – mandatory Excellent English verbal and written communication Well-versed in Hindi and Marathi Excellent professional etiquette Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Confident and articulate communication Mature, composed, and professional approach Strong negotiation and coordination abilities Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills High level of ownership and accountability Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a seasoned real estate professional with: 7–10+ years of real estate experience Strong PMC experience Extensive redevelopment project experience Proven ability to independently manage redevelopment-related responsibilities Strong RERA & RERA compliance expertise Real estate legal and documentation knowledge Government liaisoning experience Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities Highly fluent English communication Fluency in Hindi, Marathi, and English Highly polished, professional, and presentable personality Candidates Not Suitable for This Role Candidates whose experience is primarily in: Non-real-estate industries Real estate sales/brokerage without PMC or redevelopment exposure General administration Routine liaisoning without redevelopment experience Construction execution without PMC responsibilities General legal work without real estate/redevelopment experience will not be considered. Compensation ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month , depending on relevant experience, qualifications, technical expertise, and demonstrated ability to independently handle real estate redevelopment projects.
